DMS: Document Management System

DMS is a system which supports your organization's external and internal document workflow. The system may be integrated with any other external solutions, such as ERP class systems. It allows the creation, evaluation, and validation of the agreements. The legal requirements, their changes, and technical projects may be also managed using this system.


Document Management System:

- External documentation (outgoing and incoming correspondence)
- Invoice processing with automated posting description in the external ERP systems,
- Internal documentation (e.g. ZSZ system documentation), including legislation, changes tracking, and printouts control in accordance to the standards, e.g. series: ISO, IFS, BRD, DIN, BS, NFD, etc.,
- Creation, evaluation and validation of the agreements,
- Technical documents and projects,
- Changes of the legal requirements.
