Yet again we have participated in a trade mission to the USA. During the period of Nov. 4-9, 2011 we were at Stanford University. One of the items on the agenda was speaking for the participants of the Polish Top 500 Innovators program, who have been hosted in the USA on the authority of Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Our lecture (Making Your Innovation Significant: Reaching Big Markets) has included such issues as international cooperation and the obstacles of entering foreign markets. During the seminar, matters of glocalisation have also been addressed in terms of innovative technological products on such markets as EU, USA, Russia, China, India, Latin America. Our presentation has been received very well. At the end of the plenary session, the talks have become less official, owing to which we have made plenty of new business contacts.
